This Privacy Policy is effective 05/24/2010 and describes the types of information that LocoLocal.com gathers from visitors and how that information is used. DigitalAdvisor reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. I. Information Collected; How Information is Used.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We collect certain information necessary to assist us in operating the LocoLocal.com website. We log your IP address to assist us in diagnosing server problems, administering our website, and tracking usage statistics. If you decide to participate in an Offer, then you will be required to provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. We will use that information to verify your ability to pay using the credit card information you provide, to process any credit card transactions, to communicate with you about that Offer, and to send you any coupons that you have purchased. By participating in an Offer, you expressly agree that we may also provide all or some of that information to any Merchant making an Offer in which you decide to participate, to permit the Merchant to provide the goods or services to you, to verify your identity and authorization to use a particular coupon and to track your use of a particular coupon. As part of the process of registering an Offer with LocoLocal.com, Merchants agree to use any personally-identifiable information received from LocoLocal.com only for the purpose of providing the goods and services for which you have purchased a coupon. However, once that information is provided to a Merchant, DigitalAdvisor does not control the Merchant's uses of that information. Accordingly, you expressly agree that DigitalAdvisor shall have no liability for any misuse of or security breach with respect to any such information caused by any act or omission of any Merchant.
LocoLocal.com will save certain credit card and other personally-identifiable information provided during the registration process so that you do not have to re-enter it the next time that you want to take advantage of an Offer. This information will include your name, email address, last four digits of your credit card number, card type and expiration date. We will not use this information for any purpose other than the foregoing. Your full credit card information will be maintained by the independent credit card processing company that handles your credit card transaction, and you understand and agree that DigitalAdvisor does not control that information and is not liable for any possible breaches of the credit card processing company's security systems.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Simply put: Other than disclosures to Merchants as described above, we do not disclose your personal information to any third party, except as may be required by law. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party. We may share personally identifiable information with third-parties that we specifically engage to provide services to DigitalAdvisor or to the LocoLocal.com website such as market research, marketing services, and advertising agencies, but in those circumstances we will require those parties to use that information solely for the purpose of providing those services to DigitalAdvisor or the LocoLocal.com website.
DigitalAdvisor must cooperate with legal authorities, and may be required to disclose personally identifiable information in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, or in response to a subpoena or other legal process. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will provide only the information we must provide. We may also disclose personally identifiable information if we believe we must in order to prevent a violation of the law. DigitalAdvisor takes reasonable steps and complies with all applicable laws to protect your personally identifiable information. In the unlikely event that someone should gain access to personally identifiable information, DigitalAdvisor will comply with any applicable laws on the notification of persons affected by the disclosure of personally identifiable information.
Children's Privacy
This website is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.

We reserve the right to change this policy. If we make material changes that will affect personal information we have already collected from you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the changes and to give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your registration.
